Manpower is the main factor creating a competitive advantage for the organization. Human resource strategic management is a way to decide about the goals and objectives of the organization, and in this regard both the human capital needs and the development of process capabilities. The present study investigates the relationship between strategic HR management and innovative performance with the knowledge management approach. The research is an applied and descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study is all the heads and managers of the education organization of Guilan province. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and structural analysis was used to analyze the data using AMOS18 software and SPSS21 software. Research findings showed that human resource management has an impact on organizational innovation and also human resource management has an impact on knowledge management, and knowledge management also influences organizational innovation.
